The kitchen of Alkatrition, let's get cookin'! Below I created a list of the foods that alkalize the body - mucusless, anti-inflammatory, anti-disease-causing foods.
We can get funky with this food list, we can mix and match, match and mix, and make it a whole lotta fun rather than thinking of it as a diet/chore. Nobody likes chores, diet is America's least favorite word. Instead, let's put our creative hats on and find ways to enjoy food that the earth has provided for us, food that the sun has already cooked for us.
Fresh fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, legumes, and whole grains. These delicious foods are high in electrolytes, vitamins, minerals, and fiber that help to maintain an alkaline pH level in your body. What does an alkaline pH level mean? It means our body's organs, blood, and circulation will be able to fully function without any obstructions (mucus, extra cholesterol, inflammation. Avoiding what is NOT on this list is more important than eating everything on this list. For our energy and longevity, It's in our best interest to keep highly acidic foods such as dairy, eggs, animal meats, animal protein, processed foods, fried foods, and refined sugars off of our plates and fork.
